NATURAL DISASTER

Natural disasters occur each and every year in the United States and many other countries. CCI Has responded to many different types of these potentially death threatening disasters from Hurricanes to Ice Storms to tornados to floods.

In addition to the destruction of our natural resources, homes, factories and buildings, these disasters create biohazards such as domestic and wild animal carcass that must be disposed of.

CCI provides experienced and well-equipped response teams to scenes for business, industries, and  other facilities that generate large quantities of waste in the wake of a disaster.  CCI provides full management including identification, packaging, collection, and disposal of waste.

During a natural disaster, CCI responds with our core business resources.  Few companies are capable of performing:

  • Mold Abatement/Mitigation
  • Asbestos Abatement
  • Chemical Response/Release Cleanup
  • Flood Sediment Removal
  • Household Hazardous Waste Collection/Disposal
  • Structural Drying
  • Interior Demolition
  • Demolition

During Katrina, CCI mobilized resources within 48 hours.  Within 56 hours, CCI established a base camp equipped with showers and sanitary facilities capable of supporting 140 CCI personnel.
